NMNs (nicotinamide mononucleotides) are a precursor of a substance in the body that decreases with age. It is believed that it is necessary to incorporate NMNs into daily life in order to supplement the biological substances that become insufficient in the body as we age.
Refeelas supplements contain 125 mg of NMN with a purity of 99% or higher as a guide for a daily dose (3 capsules, 90 capsules per bottle)
