CloudNine Co., Ltd. announced a joint research project with Kindai University to explore new functionality and examine the mechanism of NMNs (nicotinamide mononucleotides).

At CloudNine Co., Ltd., in order to deliver safer and more reliable products, we constantly carry out quality control and development of our Refeelas products, and are also actively engaged in clinical research.

In 1991, he completed a postdoctoral course in Applied Chemistry at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Kindai University (Doctor of Engineering). After working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1991, and as an assistant lecturer and assistant professor at Kindai University's Institute for Comprehensive Agricultural Sciences in 1993, he became an associate professor at Kindai University (Faculty of Agriculture) in 2000.
Field of specialization: Bioenvironmental science, bioresource chemistry. Research history includes searches for useful substances from various plants such as applying them to food and cosmetics.
In recent years, we have been conducting exploratory research on new ingredients that can be applied to foods with functional claims.

UMIN is the abbreviation for the organization of the University Hospital Medical Information Network, a nationwide network of 42 university hospitals.

UMIN-CTR is the UMIN clinical trial registration system established by UMIN for the purpose of disclosing information on clinical trials, and is a database in which the contents of registered clinical research plans are made publicly available under the Ethical Guidelines for Medical and Biological Research Involving Human Subjects (reported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).

This registration system is a clinical trial registration platform that meets the standards of the ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors).
